Is there any exercise to stop hairfall or regain lost hair that works really?

I am losing my hair rapidly and I don’t want to use chemical thing. I also do not have time for using natural ways of taking care of my hair. Is there any exercise suitable for me to stop Hair Loss and regain hair?

Vitamin B7 Biotin
