4. There is Nothing You Can Do to Stop Hair Loss

This is the biggest myth of them all. You will hear a lot of people say hair loss cannot be turned around and reversed. They blame factors such as genes, aging or another uncontrollable and inevitable reason.

There is no such thing as an uncontrolled or inevitable reason for female hair loss. The goal of hair loss treatment for women is to take back control over the aspects of your life that have caused the problem, and this is a reasonable and realistic goal.
